Requirements:
Active Notary Public license in Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, or Ohio. Strong internet connection. Access to a quiet, professional workspace. Video-enabled computer with necessary software capabilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to generally accommodate standard business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday). Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing software. Bonus: Experience in the legal industry.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Zoom sessions professionally and warmly. Troubleshoot technical issues for attendees. Ensure optimal audio conditions for transcription software. Administer oaths and manage on/off-the-record moments. Follow provided scripts and procedural forms meticulously. Uphold confidentiality and maintain professionalism.
