Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role
  • Experience in product lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of gamification mechanics and behavioural psychology principles (e.g., motivation theories, habit loops).
  • Familiarity with Agile framework
  • Organisational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Creative thinking skills
Responsibilities:
  • Overall ownership of the Product Roadmaps, including prioritisation, delivery time and communication of deliverables to key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that all product developments have sufficient, detailed product requirement documents, functional specification and the best UX/UI possible by working closely with the Design team.
  • Define and drive the gamification product strategy aligned with business and user engagement objectives.
  • Reviewing peers’ product requirements and documentation
  • Working with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
  • Developing and implementing product consistent with company vision
  • Collecting and analysing feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
  • Coordinating cross-functional dependencies
  • Ensuring products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
  • Making creative recommendations to expand product base, commercial opportunities and vision
  • Suggesting ways to track product use and impact on end users
  • Building relationships across the business to ensure that the product vision is part of everyone’s DNA
