Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales, account executive, and GTM roles within the Managed Security Services or Professional Security Services sectors.
• Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and experience recruiting for technical and sales roles within the IT services, MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider), or PSS domain.
• Proven ability to source, assess, and recruit high-caliber talent in a highly competitive market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates for MSS and PSS-focused sales and GTM roles.
• Identify, source, and engage with candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, direct sourcing, etc.).
• Conduct in-depth interviews, assess skills, and ensure alignment with company culture and the specific demands of each role.
