Proficiency in Google Sheets Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and visuals that align with business goals and drive decision-making. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the People Analytics team to challenge data setups, refine reporting frameworks, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, actionable insights. Build and maintain your own Talent Acquisition reports and dashboards to address immediate needs and provide tailored insights for decision-making. Conduct business case analyses, such as evaluating cost-effectiveness and operational breaking points, to support growth and hiring targets across Europe. Translate company growth objectives into actionable Talent Acquisition plans, including capacity planning and resource allocation. Proactively monitor and escalate data-related issues, ensuring alignment with Talent Acquisition and broader business goals. Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, fostering clear communication and alignment on priorities.
