Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth.
• Deep expertise in paid media strategy, execution, and optimization (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong understanding of organic growth levers: SEO, content marketing, CRO
• Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM systems, and automation platforms
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop full-funnel marketing strategies across various platforms.
• Launch and manage paid campaigns with a focus on customer acquisition and ROI.
• Drive non-paid acquisition through SEO strategy, content optimization, and CRO.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and conduct A/B tests.
• Manage marketing budgets.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.
