- 10+ years of lifecycle marketing experience; finance or lending experience strongly preferred.
- Expertise in managing growth-oriented campaigns on Email, SMS, App Push channels.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data sets, draw insightful conclusions, and translate analysis into strategic action.
- Strong experience developing clear product positioning and compelling messaging.
- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, including experience supporting sales partnerships.
- Extensive experience in email and SMS marketing strategy and execution.
- Comfort and competence in project management and vendor management.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with senior leadership.
- Experienced in content strategy development and distribution.
- Familiarity with customer engagement platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, HubSpot, Insider, Marketo, or comparable orchestration platforms.
- Develop targeted, segmented, and personalized lifecycle communication strategies across all customer stages for lending products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer satisfaction, and retention rates to proactively inform marketing strategies.
- Maintain and enhance product-specific messaging, positioning, and sales enablement claims.
- Create and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns from ideation through execution, aligning with brand standards and business objectives.
- Partner with internal marketing teams (digital, social, creative, partnerships/affiliates) to ensure cohesive, integrated campaign execution across channels.
- Write strategic briefs, oversee content development, copywriting, and manage creative design deliverables.
- Analyze customer behavior, engagement, and segmentation data to inform and enhance lifecycle journeys.
- Generate comprehensive reports demonstrating LCM communication impact on business KPIs and deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Drive optimization initiatives and build robust testing frameworks to continuously refine customer touchpoints and enhance performance metrics.
- Design and execute experimentation roadmaps focused on improving customer engagement and driving conversions.
- Actively collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Loan Servicing, Compliance, Automation, and Engineering teams.
