Requirements:
Minimum of three to four (3-4) years of instructional design experience, specifically in enterprise systems and applications training within a corporate or consulting environment
Proven expertise with rapid training development tools, with strong preference for SAP Enable Now experience
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities:
Lead junior training developers, providing guidance, oversight, and ensuring project deliverables to meet deadlines and quality standards
Develop a comprehensive range of training materials related to enterprise systems and processes, including e-learning modules, training presentations, system simulations, instructor-led training materials, and quick reference guides
Conduct learning needs assessments and analyze performance gaps to inform training strategies
