Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner account management, preferably in the AV, Broadcast, or Surveillance industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of network solutions and technologies, including AV, Broadcast, and Surveillance systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the AV, Broadcast, and Surveillance industries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing support and guidance to ensure mutual success.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and communication with partners to review performance, discuss opportunities, and address any challenges.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential partners.
  • Work closely with the regional channel sales, field sales and marketing teams to create and execute joint business and marketing plan.
  • Leverage Extreme's strategic integrations and alliances to enhance the value proposition for partners and customers.
  • Collaborate with Extreme's product and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Extreme solutions with partner technologies.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and partner programs teams to ensure seamless execution of partner strategies.
  • Align with internal and partner stakeholders to develop joint business plans and execute against shared objectives.
  • Leverage Extreme Networks’ solutions to drive differentiation and increase partner adoption.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner success and revenue impact.
  • Continuously analyze business trends and market opportunities to optimize partner strategies.
  • Ensure partners receive ongoing support, enablement, and incentives to drive sustained growth.
  • Ensure partners are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively sell and support Extreme products.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and webinars to keep partners updated on the latest Extreme solutions and industry trends.
  • Provide or facilitate expertise in post-sales technical support for partners' Extreme products and networks.
