Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in managing managers and leading sales teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of managing sales managers in roles that require high performance under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and cultivate a high-performing remote sales team of 4-5 sales mangers (org size of 40-50 sales reps).
  • Own and drive the sales strategy for our team to drive strong sales growth.
  • Work closely with our Go-To-Market (GTM), Operations, and Enablement teams to align on sales goals, provide data-driven insights, and refine systems and processes that empower the team to manage and grow sales.
  • Use analytics to measure your managers and your reps performance, identify areas of improvement, and iteratively design processes that enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching to ensure that your managers are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and motivation to succeed and achieve their team targets.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and regularly monitor progress, holding your managers accountable to individual and collective sales goals. Provide regular feedback, support, and recognition to reinforce positive behaviors and outcomes.
