Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Science, etc. or in a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Accreditation or Certification industries
- Possess auditor and auditor credentials for either of these standards applicable for the Product: ISO9001, IATF (International Automotive Task Force) 16949; R2, ISO9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001; ISO 50001; Various Forestry and Supply Chain related NA Accredited & Non-Accredited Programs: IRCA Registered ISO Management Standard Lead Auditor Certificate; IRCA Registered ISO 17065 Certificate; FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Registered Lead Auditor; SFI (Sustainable Forestry Initiative) Registered Lead Auditor; PEFC (Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) Registered Lead Auditor
Responsibilities:
- Maintains technical qualifications for standards and grow market share in collaboration with sales managers.
- Reviews and approves PWS and related technical support.
- Coaches and supports Auditors during annual witness on-site audits for applicable standards.
- Conducts training for internal resources, auditors, sales and operations staff.
- Assists customer care with client issues.
- Supports sales team by conducting webinars and participating in industry trade shows and related activities.
- Performs third-party technical accreditation of the product
- Makes decisions concerning the technical accreditation process and informs SGS as required to resolve issues outside the audit process
- May perform audits, technical reviews, and certificate decisions per accreditation requirements, SGS Certification procedures, and the requirements of the assigned standard as needed
- Collects and analyzing information to provide a recommendation for certification to the above-mentioned standards
