Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing automation and/or CRM.
  • Experience using Braze and HubSpot.
  • Data-driven and analytical experience.
  • Hands-on database marketing experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute marketing that drives the acquisition of new creators and the retention of existing creators using Braze and HubSpot.
  • Help acquire and retain creators through the execution of online and offline marketing programs such as marketing automation, lead generation, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, webinars, content /distribution, email, industry conferences/events, social media, lead generation/nurturing, channel marketing, website updates and analytics.
  • Own and drive email marketing performance to improve email open rates and click-through rates.
  • Maintain marketing automation integration with CRM.
  • Ensure tracking and attribution of marketing leads.
  • Meet all deadlines per the marketing calendar and roadmap
  • Collaborate with our Data team to manage HubSpot contact data accuracy, including updating, deduping, importing, exporting and ongoing maintenance.
  • Guarantee quality of all marketing execution.
  • Utilize strong project management skills to track and deliver critical marketing system projects and operational projects on time.
