2-3 years’ experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems. SmartRecruiters is a plus!
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams
Knowledge and experience of different sourcing methods and utilization of popular job boards/sites such as Indeed and LinkedIn
Ability to get creative and resourceful with more difficult-to-fill positions
Must be a relationship builder, able to create and develop rapport with internal stakeholders as well as candidates
Customer service oriented, detailed, organized, adaptable and tech savvy
Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates utilizing various job boards and methods on a national basis
Review a large volume of resumes and select those that present and align best with the job description
Screen and interview candidates based on varying criteria
Document interview findings to be shared with hiring managers
Present candidates in an efficient and concise manner
Work with Practice Administrators and Physicians in developing job descriptions and providing sound, professional input on candidates and market conditions
Extend verbal offers to candidates and interact with HR on formal offers
Serve as a liaison to our practices, fostering relationships, providing the best customer experience, and securing the best talent available
