Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related experience
• Experienced People Leader

Responsibilities:

• Owner of Zero-Defect Culture and Proactive Quality for Turbine Airfoils operations, raw material supplier processes, and OV coatings processes.
• Collaborate with business leadership including key leaders at the manufacturing and supplier sites on breakthrough objectives and top-level improvement priorities
• Champion the Lean Transformation in Turbine Airfoils Quality operations, providing subject matter expertise on methods and tools such as Problem Solving
• Drive advanced quality tool maturation in Turbine Airfoils operations.
• Lead a decentralized global team of quality professionals in site-based teams and across our supply base.
• Partner with part family plant leaders and supplier leadership to drive priorities and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with horizontal teams in programs, design engineering, shop operations, product support engineering, customer teams, and extended quality organization.
• Coach/mentor team on an ongoing basis.
• Assure performance to Key Performance Indicators in delivered and in process quality.
• Drive adherence to NPI tollgates and quality deliverables associated with programs.
• Maintain strong regulatory compliance across network.
