Requirements:

3-5 years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models
Fluent with statistical computer languages (SQL, Python, R, etc.)
Experienced in querying databases and manipulating data to draw insights from large data sets
Expert in Tableau with experience creating data visualizations and exportable dashboards
Expert at business analytics using Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities:

Partner closely with stakeholders to leverage data to drive business optimization and decision-making, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.
Develop BI tools and analyses to monitor and analyze marketing and sales operations and performance on an ongoing basis.
Create meaningful visualizations in BI tools such as Tableau to optimize reporting on data.
Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
Use predictive modeling to drive operational decisions and staffing to optimize business outcomes.
Contribute to data architecture planning.
Clean/scrub data to ensure meaningful reporting.
Migrate existing Business Intelligence dashboards and tools to a new data warehouse stack.
Articulate key insights from data analysis.

Apply
