Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or a related field preferred.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while working remotely.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into company databases with precision and speed.
• Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies and rectify them as necessary.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting deadlines for data entry tasks.
• Compile and export data reports as needed for different departments.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve any data discrepancies.
• Assist in optimizing data entry processes and suggest improvements.
