Requirements:
- 8+ years of project management experience within renewable energy projects (solar āļø, wind š¬, battery storage š, or related fields).
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation required.
- Strong technical electrical engineering design experience, with knowledge of power systems, grid integration, and energy storage solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Oversee and contribute to the technical design and engineering aspects of electrical systems for renewable energy infrastructure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholders, to drive project success.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and quality control measures.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and project team members.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners to align project goals and expectations.
