Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Fifteen (15) years of experience in network architecture, management, and computer security;
  • Fifteen (15) years of experience in managing Windows operating systems and network technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN);
  • Five (5) years of programming experience (Bicep, JSON, PowerShell, etc.) and using configuration and automation management tools;
  • Expertise in designing and implementing security measures to protect networks against cyberattacks;
  • In-depth knowledge of Fortinet firewalls, IDS, and IPS, as well as access and identity management tools;
  • Ability to analyze network needs, design appropriate solutions, and solve complex technical problems;
  • Ability to document configurations, write user guides, and train users and technical staff;
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Fortinet NSE 7.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze network needs and design appropriate solutions;
  • Develop network architecture diagrams and deployment plans;
  • Integrate robust security measures, including network segmentation, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access/identity management;
  • Implement security measures to protect networks against cyberattacks;
  • Analyze, configure, and collect data using Azure Sentinel and automate incident responses;
  • Configure and manage firewalls, IDS, and IPS;
  • Install and configure network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) and Windows systems;
  • Set up local (LAN), wide (WAN), and wireless networks;
  • Plan migrations with a detailed plan to minimize interruptions and coordinate installation, configuration, and testing;
  • Oversee implementation to ensure performance and security, conduct load tests and security audits;
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot technical issues;
  • Perform regular updates of systems and equipment;
  • Participate in incident management and problem resolution, implement control and automation tools;
  • Document the new architecture, configurations, management processes and disaster recovery plans;
  • Write technical documents and user guides;
  • Train users and technical staff on new technologies and best practices;
  • Write documents and reports, and make presentations for knowledge transfer;
  • Propose improvements and developments to optimize network performance;
  • Participate in testing, pre-configurations, installations, integrations, validations, and troubleshooting, and write progress reports.
