Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in CRM automation, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on A/B testing, segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and Liquid scripting for personalization and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot CRM workflows and optimize processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, collaborating effectively with Product, Data, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize automated CRM flows to increase engagement, reduce churn, and improve user retention.
• Support reporting & analysis using Braze’s built-in analytics and integrations.
• Leverage Braze’s advanced functionalities to enhance personalization, segmentation, and user lifecycle management.
• Implement and refine segmentation strategies for better campaign targeting, including churn prediction and reactivation flows.
• Expand CRM communication channels by integrating App Inbox and Content Cards.
• Support the automation and tracking of loyalty and referral programs to drive user growth.
• Conduct user research through automated surveys (e.g., churn, NPS) to gain valuable insights.
