Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in People / HR and in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a startup or in a strategy consulting firm.
Communicative character who knows how to eloquently excite others for their ideas.
Strong project management skills, structured way of working and creativity.
Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset with a natural technical understanding.
Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities:

Support and coordinate daily business and internal collaboration as well as strategic planning routines.

Oversee strategic HR programs.
Act as a central liaison between the People team and other departments.
Lead and execute critical projects that support the company’s People strategy.
