Previous experience in Business Intelligence, Controlling or Data Analytics.
Strong analytical skills and a structured way of thinking.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar solutions.
SQL knowledge or the willingness to familiarize yourself with database queries.
A quick grasp and the ability to prepare complex data in an understandable way.
Fluent German and advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
A stable internet connection and a quiet working environment in the home office are prerequisites.

Be the central point of contact for Business Intelligence & Controlling within our company.
Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards for operational and strategic decisions.
Monitor and analyze business KPIs and derive data-driven optimizations.
Optimize and automate reporting processes to provide real-time insights.
Create reliable forecasts and budget plans for sustainable growth.
Work closely with Recruiting, Finance and Operations to develop data-driven strategies
