Responsibilities:

- Configure Salesforce solutions, including customization to fit the specific needs of the organization.
- Lead the development of complex solutions using Salesforce best practices.

- Train end users through workshops to facilitate tool adoption.
- Own the completion of objectives and key results (OKRs) for the Development Standards team.
