Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in an operations role within a marketing department, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
  • Expert level hands-on experience with Hubspot, Wordpress, and Salesforce
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Finance
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Salesforce (reports, dashboards, campaign tracking), and experience working with other marketing data sources like HubSpot, event attendance tracking.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence or data visualization tools would be a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
  • Experience working in a SaaS B2B marketing environment preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Developing and managing marketing technology stacks to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and strategies
  • Overseeing and optimizing marketing automation processes to improve workflow efficiencies
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing campaign performance to inform strategic decisions
  • Facilitating continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements within the marketing department
  • Establishing and maintaining scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
  • Delivering campaign reporting and departmental reporting
  • Analyze marketing and campaign data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain marketing performance reports and dashboards to track key metrics across all marketing channels, clearly demonstrating KPIs like lead source, volume, and quality; marketing’s influence on the sales pipeline; and ROI.
  • Ensure data integrity and identify gaps in data collection, implementing best practices for accurate and complete reporting.
