Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional design experience. Both agency and in-house experience a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Excellent aesthetic judgment with a strong understanding of typography.
- Knowledge of social channel best practices.
- Experience creating social content across organic and paid.
- Familiarity with video, motion graphics, and animation is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating across multiple teams and managing feedback.
- BFA and/or MFA in graphic design or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative content for digital and social channels, including both still and video.
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns based on brand needs.
- Be a key creative partner for the visual expression of social content.
- Create content as needed with speed and agility.
- Maintain brand POV for art direction, design and content.
