Requirements:

• University degree, preferably postgraduate level, from a relevant discipline
• At least 6 years of extensive relevant work experience with the development of global payer value communication materials
• Working knowledge of HTA systems and payer archetypes in Europe
• Demonstrable commercial awareness and thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
• Programme management experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable
• Exceptional written, and strong verbal, communication skills (fluency in English) with excellent interpersonal and team working skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide senior medical writing support
• Manage project teams
• Undertake quality control
• Provide advice, training, and support to other team members
• Shape and lead the team’s Value Communications offerings
• Support business development
• Manage the project delivery team
• Drive overall project strategy and quality of deliverables
• Take responsibility for client management and communications
• Be involved in mediating, negotiating and problem solving
• Work within and across internal IQVIA teams
• Liaise with clients
• Support thought leadership initiatives for the Value Communications CoE
• Remain up to date on latest industry developments
• Provide line management and identify opportunities for more junior members of the team to support their career development
