Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Ten (10) years of experience in information technology.
• Ten (10) years of experience in the implementation, operation and maintenance of Microsoft Windows 10 and/or 11 products.
• Eight (8) years of experience in operating M365 Entra and Active Directory solutions.
• Eight (8) years of experience in Powershell scripting.
• Four (4) years of experience in managing workstations via cloud (CoManagement, Intune or Autopilot, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).
• Two (2) years of experience in operating the Microsoft Purview solution and having participated in at least two (2) implementations.
• Hold a Microsoft 365 certification such as MS-102.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 (M365) solutions, including Entra, Intune, Purview, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Provide 3rd level support for M365 solutions, systems, and applications.
• Design, prepare, and configure automated deployment profiles on workstations.
• Ensure the proper functioning and security of M365 environments by implementing security policies.
• Manage failures and incidents.
• Monitor requests for intervention as part of the technology change management process.
• Collaborate on the architecture and technological orientation of infrastructures and systems.
• Ensure consistency and follow-up of industry best practices within the team's activities and processes.
• Monitor and maintain software and equipment, taking operational needs into account.
• Write and maintain up-to-date documentation on configurations and procedures.
