Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in trading, treasury, or a similar role within a digital asset trading firm or traditional finance (TradFi) trading environment.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, including derivatives, liquidity management, and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages for data analysis, strategy development, and automation.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and excel in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Execute, monitor and optimize funding operations including fiat and digital asset
- Track and analyze counterparty risk, exchange balances, and collateral requirements, ensuring optimal capital deployment across strategies.
- Assist in developing scripts and algorithms to automate treasury workflows, trade execution, and liquidity provisioning.
- Analyze interest rates, arbitrage opportunities, and funding markets to maximize returns on idle funds and enhance treasury profitability.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to refine and implement treasury policies, automate reconciliations, and improve execution frameworks.
