Requirements:

Currently pursuing or completed a Master’s in business, event management, hospitality or related fields.
Demonstrated interest or academic background in event planning, stakeholder engagement, hospitality or related fields.
Excellent planning and organizational skills to coordinate events smoothly.
Strong verbal and written communication, with an ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences.
Passion for AI & Business: Enthusiasm for the intersections of technology, finance, and event planning.

Responsibilities:

Organize and coordinate investment-related events, from logistics to scheduling and participant engagement, in alignment with our strategic goals.
Facilitate interactions with investors, partners, and team members, ensuring a collaborative environment that supports the AI Venture Lab’s growth.
Perform research to inform event themes, content, and strategy, connecting our initiatives with industry trends and business objectives.
Develop event reports and presentations with the team, showcasing outcomes and providing insights to stakeholders.
