Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in brand and digital graphic design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, digital asset creation, and marketing design.
  • Experience providing design direction and managing creative projects with external vendors / agencies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate directly with business colleagues (non-designers) about design direction, concepts, feedback, and recommendations.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership of projects and work independently.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma.
  • A deep understanding of performance-based design principles across digital platforms (landing pages, banner ads, social ads, email, etc.).
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Experience utilizing AI to enhance efficiency and speed, or a strong willingness and capability to adopt AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Individually implementing design projects from concept to delivery with minimal oversight.
  • Evolving the Wpromote agency’s brand expression, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Providing design direction and feedback to external vendors/agencies to maintain high-quality creative output.
  • Managing outsourced design vendors, ensuring they meet brand standards, deadlines, and project requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing processes to boost efficiency and creative output, with a focus on leveraging AI.
  • Collaborating with marketing, content, and strategy teams to develop brand-aligned assets that drive demand generation and business growth.
  • Creating and overseeing the creation of digital and traditional marketing materials, including ebooks, organic social graphics and video, paid search, social and display ads, website graphics, presentation graphics, print collateral, event signage, and branding.
  • Partnering with internal teams to develop assets for agency-wide initiatives and events.
