Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4+ years of Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and/or Project Management experience
  • OR Advance degree with 2+ years Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and/or Project Management experience.
  • SQL experience
  • Tableau and PowerBI Experience
  • Data Modeling and Forecasting Experience
  • Advanced technical skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct data analysis and develop reporting tools to identify business trends and report performance across product portfolio
  • Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and standardization
  • Works to continually assess the effectiveness of the sales and clinical teams as well as support cross-functional partners (i.e. Marketing,Finance) and proposes solutions to address complex business challenges
  • Review department metrics with leadership team to help ensure consistent performance, productivity metrics, and achievement of business goals for the Commercial Organization
  • Identify and track data necessary to develop and support business forecasting and product utilization models
  • Design, produce and maintain various reporting systems and capabilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, KPIs, and deliverables
  • Simultaneously manage multiple project/work assignments and analytical duties
  • Use statistical tools and data analysis to monitor performance and support decision-making
  • Learn and develop proficiency with Salesforce, and/or other programs used by the Commercial Team
  • Develops and maintains forecasting models based on sales data, plus other internal and external data
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives
