Certified Workday Prism Consultant

Requirements:

• Workday Prism Analytics Certification (Required)
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Prism, including at least (3) end-to-end implementations
• Strong experience working with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Composite Reporting
• Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling, and transformation logic
• Proficient in Workday Security setup related to data sources and reports
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, client-facing role
• Experience integrating Prism with Workday HCM, Finance, or Payroll is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Prism Analytics solutions
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather data and reporting requirements
• Design and build scalable data pipelines and transformations using Prism data sets
• Develop secure and optimized data models, reports, and dashboards
• Configure Workday security for Prism data sets to ensure appropriate data access
• Integrate Prism with other Workday modules (HCM, Financials, etc.) and external systems
• Troubleshoot data load issues and performance bottlenecks
• Support data governance and validation processes
• Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to client teams
