• Experience working remotely, ideally with distributed or international teams

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and tracking diverse marketing initiatives using tools like Trello or Notion
• Project-managing a wide range of marketing tasks, from one-off projects to ongoing and recurring initiatives
• Following up with freelancers, creators, vendors, and contractors to keep timelines on track
• Researching and sourcing new creative vendors (e.g., identifying TikTok ad creators, coordinating trials, and helping evaluate outcomes)
• Monitoring project progress and proactively flagging any blockers or missing elements
• Occasionally reviewing deliverables for completeness and clarity before final submission
