Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a deep understanding of the SAP software ecosystem, including SAP S/4HANA, Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Business AI
  • 5+ years of experience working with partners that provide tooling and services for SAP S/4HANA implementations, such as smartShift, IBIS, EPI-USE labs, SNP, Syniti, and others
  • Proven ability to build and grow relationships with partners and clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong client-facing skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role is highly desirable
  • SAP certifications related to S/4HANA Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, Signavio, LeanIX, BTP, and SAP Business AI are highly desirable
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the SAP software ecosystem, including SAP S/4HANA, Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP AI
  • Build and grow relationships with partners that provide tooling and services for SAP S/4HANA implementations, such as smartShift, IBIS, EPI-USE labs, SNP, Syniti, and others
  • Understand the tools and services offered by SAP and each partner and know when to use them to deliver successful SAP S/4HANA assessments and implementations
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and deliver joint solutions and services that meet the needs of our clients
  • Work with our sales team to identify and qualify leads, providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle
  • Develop and deliver solution proposals that incorporate the appropriate tools and services from our partners
  • Provide advisory services to clients on the use of SAP S/4HANA and related tools and services
  • Utilize knowledge of partner tooling and services to help run end-to-end assessments for moving to S/4HANA, including: Conducting workshops and discovery sessions to understand client requirements and pain points, Analyzing client data and systems to identify potential roadblocks and areas for improvement, Developing and presenting recommendations for S/4HANA implementation, including the use of partner tooling and services, Collaborating with clients to develop a tailored roadmap for S/4HANA adoption
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in SAP technologies and services, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team
  • Contribute to the development of internal training materials and knowledge bases related to SAP solutions and services
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation of SAP solutions and services
