Requirements:

- 2+ years of professional development experience, preferably in a sales enablement or CRM-related role
- Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their applications in sales
- Strong understanding of API integrations and data management
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation
- Ability to design and implement solutions based on sales team needs
- Write readable, documented, and well-tested code
- Provide detailed reviews of pull requests from other developers on the team
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Passion for building and optimizing systems
- Interested in long-term employment and career growth at a high-growth, tight-knit company
- Comfortable working in an async environment
Responsibilities:
- Automate and optimize the sales process for onboarding homes to the Wander platform
- Maintain and enhance our Hubspot CRM system
- Integrate and manage RingCentral with our existing systems
- Implement and integrate AI sales tools such as clay.com , sybill.ai , and similar
- Develop custom integrations and AI automations using TypeScript or Python
- Create and maintain utilities for the sales team within our software ecosystem
- Design and build data dashboards for sales performance tracking and analysis
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance sales enablement efforts
