Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, extensive experience in Clinical Operations, Communications, Strategy and/or Management Consulting experience.
- High level of familiarity with clinical drug development process
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and collaborative style.
- Excellent written communication skills with experience developing scientific or health-related communications content and ability to assimilate and synthesize key themes from qualitative and quantitative data
- Confidence to lead structured meetings and presentations including data-driven insights, comfortable with qualitative and quantitative data including basic statistical analyses
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize with minimal direction.
- Ability to multitask and independently lead projects and meet key deadlines.
- Strong leader – who can coach and develop direct reports as well as influence without authority, Demonstrates ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and navigate a matrixed organization
- Ability to adopt a customer centric mindset and understand diverse perspectives
- Demonstrates innovative mindset and openness to new ideas, feedback, and technologies
- Detail oriented with attention to quality
Responsibilities:
- Track KPIs for customer centricity, including sponsor preference, reputation scores, and attribute ratings, to position AbbVie as the prioritized partner of choice.
- Design qualitative and quantitative research to solicit insights from clinical sites that inform operational excellence and site experience
- Define and answer key business questions leveraging site survey data and collaborate with data analytics partners to deliver analyses with quality
- Lead the development and readout of presentations that enable sharing of clinical site centricity insights with internal stakeholders including leadership
- Create customer-centric communications content and talking points to clearly describe topics related to AbbVie clinical operations
- In collaboration with partners, facilitate the development of integrated communication channels with clinical sites and establish communications best practices
- Contribute to the advancement of survey implementation technology and analysis including opportunities for software and AI to automate and refine data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Ensure research methods and communications are compliant with all procedures and regulations
