Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar).
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets to track and analyze outreach efforts.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting and optimizing email templates.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tracking leads and client information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with prospects and the internal team.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions for outreach improvements.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct online research using local business directories, Google, and business databases to compile targeted outreach lists.
  • Manage cold email campaigns, including sending automated sequences and personalizing outreach where necessary.
  • Track responses in spreadsheets, ensuring accurate records of interested leads, proposals, and closed clients.
  • Schedule calls between potential clients and the Creative Director or Sales team.
  • Update and maintain CRM records to track outreach progress and outcomes.
  • Analyze outreach performance, including response rates and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize email templates and outreach strategies for better engagement and effectiveness.
  • Maintain an organized inbox, labeling and categorizing communications for quick access.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to outreach campaigns, such as updating databases, cleaning email lists, and preparing monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to refine lead generation tactics and business development efforts.
