Requirements:
  • 6+ years of sales experience at a software company
  • You’re used to closing 4-5 figure deals
  • You’ve sold tech products and/or sold to tech teams and/or know how to code and/or have an engineering background.
  • You spot opportunities for growth, suggest a plan to address them, and execute it. You’re able to work independently without a ton of established structure or processes.
  • You have a proven track record in outbound sales.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the full sales cycle (5 months on average) from opportunity detection to drafting compelling offers.
  • Drive and optimize the pipeline of inbound, product-qualified leads for n8n's self-hosted Enterprise plans (Company size: over 500 employees | Deal size: €55k-€65k ARR).
  • Relentlessly test out innovative outbound strategies to build a sustainable leads pipeline.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, particularly team leaders in DevOps, engineering, and IT. Be the trusted advisor our clients turn to for workflow automation solutions.
  • Be proactive in developing and improving sales processes, infrastructure and collateral.
  • Work closely with our product team, ensuring a seamless flow of customer feedback.
