Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Implementation or Project Management experience in a technical SaaS or startup environment
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, delivering tailored solutions to each customer’s unique needs
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including scoping, consulting, issue/risk identification, and clear communication of overall project status
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environment
  • Highly collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to define technical changes/requirements and communicate them effectively to technical teams
  • Healthcare or Healthtech experience is a plus
  • SFDC proficiency is a plus
  • Business Analyst experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage customer relationships from sales handoff to successful implementation
  • Partner directly with customers to ensure successful implementation of Verifiable based on their unique scope and business objectives
  • Lead the implementation process by aligning on project requirements, managing project plans, owning all customer communication, and coordinating teams to drive success
  • Manage project expectations through regular meetings, project status reports, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams on configuration and technical components of implementation.
  • Organize and coordinate customer onboarding and training through virtual web conferences
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-facing requests during the implementation process
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the Verifiable product to drive product adoption and usage
