Requirements:
  • Prior experience with job descriptions and organizational structure design;
  • Prior experience with salary design and updates;
  • Experience in the design and implementation of processes/policies/projects from scratch, ensuring alignment between stakeholders;
  • Knowledge in job evaluation methodologies will be a plus (COMP and WTW);
  • Experience with salary research tools and compensation systems (Oracle or Workday);
  • Ability to solve complex problems in a short amount of time;
  • Responsibility, strong work ethic, integrity, organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Intermediate/Advanced English.
Responsibilities:
  • Make the management of Sales Incentive Programs: Manage the sales incentive program of companies, including strategy development, value calculation, budget monitoring and communication with the impacted parties;
  • Elaborate, analyze and implement our Compensation Strategy;
  • Keep our market data updated and reflecting reality;
  • Design and implement compensation policies and processes, maintaining a balance between agility and governance;
  • Support managers to design organizational structures capable of delivering our OKRs and provide guidelines for job descriptions and leveling;
  • Through benchmarks, design, implement and improve our short-term incentives.
