Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the vision for the User Journey in terms of inspiration in the Breuninger App.
- Continuously improve the personalized inspirational user journeys for the Breuninger app.
- Use AI and Generative AI to improve the customer journey of your product.
- Monitor the key figures of the Breuninger app in relation to your product.
- Prioritize and decide on the development of new features and processes and always have our end customers in mind.
- Continuous market and competitive monitoring.
- Be the main contact for your stakeholders, collect requirements and provide updates.
