Requirements:

• Experience Leading Teams – Proven experience managing and scaling technical teams, particularly in customer-facing solution engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations, Python, JavaScript, and LLM-driven workflows.
• Experience in content automation or AI-powered solutions is a plus.
• Comfortable presenting technical solutions to customers and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with remote teams and interfacing between CX, engineering, and product functions.

Responsibilities:

• Building & Leading a Team – Recruiting, managing, and mentoring a team of engineers focused on customer solution builds. Ensuring efficient execution while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Solution Engineering – Developing scalable, high-leverage customer solutions that integrate API calls, Python, JavaScript, large language models, and structured data to create content workflows.
• Customer Collaboration – Engaging directly with customers to understand their needs, scope technical solutions, and guide implementation.
• Process Development – Establishing best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and repeatable frameworks to improve solution development and project execution.
• Cross-Functional Execution – Working closely with CX, product, and engineering teams to translate customer challenges into scalable solutions.
• Project Management – Creating structured workflows and project management systems to ensure timely and efficient delivery of customer implementations.
• Technical Execution & Oversight – Ensuring the technical quality of integrations and workflows built by the team.
