Requirements:

• 5+ years in Operations, 3+ years in eCommerce leadership.
• Proven leadership experience in eCommerce operations within a fast-paced environment, with a track record of building and scaling successful eCommerce businesses.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to make data-backed decisions to drive growth and profitability.
• Ability to define long-term strategies and execute them effectively, balancing short-term goals with long-term scalability.
• Experience in managing budgets, financial forecasting, and driving profitability in an eCommerce setting.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English Proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Launch 0 to 1 new goods and categories, and boost revenues.
• Lead the creation and implementation of eCommerce strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Build and lead a high-performing eCommerce team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive the launch and scaling of new eCommerce products, categories, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end eCommerce operation, focusing on optimization, automation, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure an exceptional online experience for customers, from browsing to post-purchase, to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
