Requirements:
  • Passionate about poker with an excellent understanding of the dynamics within the Polish poker community.
  • Proven experience in social media management, including content creation and paid advertising on major platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies to grow our Polish audience, boost engagement, and enhance brand awareness.
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging, and localized Polish content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Collaborate with our in-house design team to produce multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.
  • Actively manage community interactions, responding promptly to comments, messages, and player inquiries professionally and effectively.
  • Monitor social channels and poker-related forums to gather player feedback, identify trends, and maintain brand reputation.
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and ROI.
  • Coordinate closely with the Country Manager (Poland) and internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Customer Support) to ensure alignment of social media initiatives with broader campaigns and product launches.
  • Stay informed of local poker trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms/tools, integrating industry best practices to keep our brand innovative and engaging.
