Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management (Amazon required)
  • Proven track record of resolving account health issues, listing issues, and performance notifications quickly and effectively
  • Experience in Shopify and Walmart Seller Center highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms' best practices, including listing optimization
  • Familiarity with Amazon promotions (Lightning Deals, Prime Day, Vine, etc.) and data analysis tools.
  • Comfortable with using Slack, Loom, and other communication tools for reporting and status updates.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools; ability to work with sales data and extract insights to drive decisions.
Responsibilities:
  • Resolve all account health issues within 48 hours.
  • Resolve all listing issues within 48 hours.
  • Monitor and resolve all performance notifications within 48 hours.
  • Provide regular marketplace operations status updates via Slack and Loom.
  • Stay up-to-date on Amazon changes and features through Amazon announcements, e-commerce trainings, newsletters, and YouTube videos.
  • Proactively strategize listing actions to maximize sessions, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CVR), average order value (AOV), and gross merchandise value (GMV).
  • Proactively strategize account actions to maximize efficiency and sales.
  • Monitor and strategically plan Amazon promotions, including Lightning Deals (LDs), 7-Day Deals, Prime Day, tailored promotions, Vine, coupons, PEDs, and other promotions.
  • Work with the data department to understand Amazon sales data, resolve red flag ASINs, and manage experiments.
  • Create and maintain Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart listings, including pricing, creative assets, video, copy, and inventory.
  • Develop detailed system documentation for marketplace operations with the help of the Systems Champion.
