Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in fintech, crypto, or data-heavy applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design - from research to execution.
- Experienced in designing data-rich dashboards, analytics platforms, or financial applications.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, basic React knowledge.
- Has had prior experience working as the only Product Designer on a team.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end design process, from user research and wire-framing to high-fidelity UI design and implementation.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all products.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate technical insights into user-friendly experiences.
- Create intuitive dashboards, data visualizations, and interactions that simplify complex risk and analytics data.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on real user needs.
- Design and prototype responsive, high-performance interfaces optimized for both web and mobile experiences.
- Establish and document best practices for UI/UX design, setting the foundation for future design hires.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure visual consistency across all company touchpoints.
