Requirements:
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the United States
Must have active license in good standing at least in Pennsylvania
Knowledge of the clinical application of the DSM-5
Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing and implementing outcome-focused care
Empathetic, active, and intuitive listening
Strong verbal and written communication
Knowledgeable in crisis response
Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems and tools with ease (this includes, but is not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, proprietary EMR, etc.); able to provide your own personal computer/laptop that meets security and telehealth standards
Passionate about our mission of improving access to high-quality brain health and dementia care
An entrepreneurial spirit or previous experience within a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred
Responsibilities:
Hold thoughtful and engaged sessions with patients once per week for 45 minutes
Provide 10-40 hours of weekly availability
Create your own flexible schedule based on your individual availability!
Work collaboratively with doctors who are managing your patients' medication as well as with other multidisciplinary care providers, in tandem with the therapy services you are providing
Work alongside other like-minded clinicians that have a common goal to positively impact the lives of others, and create an environment that leads to favorable outcomes for patients
