Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence role.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL (querying, data manipulation, and optimization).
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) administration and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Looker (building dashboards, reports, and visualizations).
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop dashboards and reports in Looker, SFDC, and Snowflake to track key revenue and sales metrics.
  • Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from Snowflake and other databases.
  • Maintain and improve Salesforce data integrity, automate workflows, and optimize sales processes.
  • Support revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking for sales and GTM teams.
  • Identify inefficiencies in revenue operations and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure accurate and aligned revenue reporting.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across systems.
