Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Sales experience and at least 2+ years of experience leading and managing a high performing sales team.
  • Passion for Men’s Health & Development: interest in helping men develop a healthy masculinity. Demonstrates personal dedication and interest in health optimization (e.g. diet, exercise, sleep, focus, and relationships).
Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a team of exceptional sales representatives, coach and mentor the team to drive significant impact.
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospective customers to understand their health goals and recommend appropriate Maximus solutions (e.g., Testosterone Protocols). Communicate the benefits of our offerings with conviction, confidence, and clarity.
  • Confidently discuss the benefits of testosterone optimization, weight loss, muscle building, hair improvement, and general health improvements. Navigate conversations about alternative therapies with agility, even when customers inquire about products we don’t offer (e.g., Mk 677, peptides).
  • Build rapport and trust by understanding customer pain points and crafting personalized recommendations that drive results. Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their decision-making process.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through diligent follow-ups, consistent pipeline management, and a focus on turning leads into customers. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to identify ways to optimize the sales process and customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in TRT therapies, supplements, and fitness science. Be ready to answer technical questions such as how testosterone impacts fat loss or how metabolic processes can affect muscle gain.
