Responsibilities:
  • Provide subject matter expertise and oversight of Employee Relations activities
  • Manage the HR shared service and payroll vendor
  • Responsibility for the service and standards provided by an off-shored HR Centre in Bangalore
  • Maintaining a customer service culture in Asia and India
  • Lead the development, implementation and continual improvement all HR Shared Service Centre responsibilities, processes and systems
  • Analyse HRSS process metrics to measure performance and benchmark services
  • Ensure robust controls for all employee data held
  • Act as an approved signatory responsible for Asia payroll
  • Manage the relationship interfaces with business, HRBPs, HR delivery streams, legal teams and Centres of Expertise
  • Manage and develop the HR People Operations teams
  • Ensure the continual review and development of the knowledge base
  • Prioritise overall team workload and plan resource utilisation (short, medium, long term)
  • Deal with escalated issues from customers/ stakeholders
  • Ensure an effective coaching and training service on case issues is provided for customers
  • Compliance and governance
  • Guide the delivery of complex, multi-faceted projects
  • Work with colleagues across the Group to review, improve and develop HR Systems
