Head of HR Operations

Requirements:

• 5-12 years of experience in People Operations, HR analytics, or a similar role, ideally in a high-growth startup or consulting environment.
• Deep experience managing HRIS platforms, HR reporting, and data-driven workforce decisions.
• Proven ability to create, refine, and scale HR processes while managing 10-40 workflows simultaneously.
• Knowledge of tax laws, employment regulations, benefits administration, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions (nice to have, not have to have)
• Comfortable in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to context switch, problem-solve, and adapt quickly.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable HR systems that support our rapidly growing team.
• Manage and improve HR workflows across onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, compliance, tax and employment laws, and performance cycle reviews.
• Own reporting and data hygiene to ensure accurate workforce insights and compliance.
• Drive HR process automation and efficiency improvements to enhance employee experience and streamline operations.
• Leverage analytics to drive workforce planning, compensation strategy, and HR decision-making.
• Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to align people operations with business goals.
• Own and optimize HR technology and HRIS platforms, ensuring effective data management and reporting.
• Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, compensation structures, employment regulations, and best practices.
