Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of related experience in social media/community management
  • Experience building and sharing brand messaging
  • Experience working with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc. and an understanding of their analytics/insights, ideally at a brand or media company
  • Experience shooting and editing video a major plus
  • Experience creating illustrated graphics a major plus
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day messaging, monitoring, and moderation of assigned Hers social media channels
  • Track the performance of social media campaigns, content, and overall health of the assigned social handles with regular reporting to the Director of Content and other marketing stakeholders
  • Partner with dedicated Creative resources to build an engaging and dynamic social media presence across channels
  • Work closely with the Art Director of Social Video to create scripts/content that will result in the growth of the Hims & Hers TikTok channels
  • Partner with industry leaders and medical experts to create content for the Hims & Hers social channels
  • Edit copy for the Hers and Hims social media channels, as assigned
  • Drive strategy for Hims & Hers' expansion onto new and emerging social platforms
  • Be the liaison for social channels internally and externally, with paid social teams and social media platforms
  • Continuously update social content calendars and copy logs
  • Partner with our Community Coordinators to help source UGC for the social feeds, as well as specific projects like advertisements, marketing materials, product launches, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple branches of the company (marketing, paid acquisition, communications, etc) to ensure that we are fulfilling their social needs
  • Manage other social editors and contractors as needed
  • Have a pulse on who our customers are and who they would most likely follow, trust, and buy from in the social space
